POSITION OVERVIEW

Ensure all public areas are clean and maintained according to Forbes and the Ranch at Laguna Beach's standards.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Perform general cleaning duties in public areas - Front and Back of House (i.e., wipe down stairwells, maintain all ash urns, clean glass), general sweeping and dusting of public areas and replenish all supplies in all public area restrooms.
* Empty trash receptacles, sweep, mop, dust and clean multi surface areas including but not limited to all indoor and outdoor public restrooms, poolside area, employee breakroom, administrative office and guest areas as needed and requested.
* Ensure work area is clean when finished.
* Assist with delivering guest supplies as needed using golf cart.
* Maintain resort pool and spa area and assist with restock with towels and guest amenities as needed.
* Report any service discrepancies to the appropriate manager or supervisor and resolve where possible. Report any safety or security discrepancies to the appropriate manager or supervisor.
* Responsible for being knowledgeable about The Ranch.
* Maintain, at all times, a neat and clean professional appearance.

SUPPORTIVE FUNCTIONS
In addition, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions, with the percentage of time performing each function to be solely determined by the manager based upon the particular requirements of The Ranch:

* Enforce The Ranch safety standards.

* Perform general cleaning tasks using standard hotel cleaning products and equipment to adhere to health standards.

* Perform other duties and handle projects as assigned by Manager.
